Orders above ₹299 ship free, no matter where in India you are. Orders below ₹299 carry a small fee depending on zone: ₹50 for South India, ₹80 for metro cities, ₹100 for the rest of India, and ₹150 for Jammu & Kashmir, the Northeast, and hill areas. The minimum order value is ₹99.
South India typically takes 3–5 days. Metro cities take 4–6 days. The rest of India takes 5–8 days. Jammu & Kashmir, the Northeast, and hill areas take 7–12 days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, and a tracking link is emailed once your order is dispatched.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we'll follow up with our courier partner directly and arrange redelivery within 24–48 hours, or offer a refund if the delay continues. If a product arrives damaged or spoiled, write to us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
If something is missing from your order, or you received the wrong item, let us know within 24 hours along with your Order ID and a photo of what arrived. We'll make it right quickly.
All approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 7–10 business days. We don't believe in store-credit-only refunds — if you're owed money back, you get it back.
A few things we can't refund: orders cancelled after dispatch, damage caused by improper storage after delivery, products that have already been opened or consumed without reporting an issue, and complaints raised after the 24-hour window.
