1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the payment services or purchasing products/services from Thamaraco Global Foods Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), registered under the Companies Act, 2013 with CIN U46300KL2025PTC095271, you ("Customer", "Buyer", or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from proceeding with any transaction.

2. Company Details

Thamaraco Global Foods Private Limited is a Private Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, engaged in wholesale, import, export, retail, and distribution of food and beverage products. Our principal place of business is at 2nd Floor, No. 4/461, Valamkottil Towers, Judgemukku, Kakkanad, Kochi – 682021, Kerala, India.

3. Products & Services

We deal in the following product categories as licensed under FSSAI License No. 11325999000696:

• Bakery products

• Salts, spices, soups, sauces, salads, and protein products

• Beverages (excluding dairy products)

• Ready-to-eat savouries

• Prepared foods

All products sold by us meet applicable Indian food safety standards under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and its regulations.

4. Orders & Payments

All payments are processed securely through Zoho Payment Technologies Private Limited (Zoho Payments). By initiating a payment, you authorise us to collect the agreed amount. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Invoice will be raised as per GST regulations under GSTIN 32AAMCT0238L1Z9.

• Payments are due at the time of placing the order unless a credit arrangement is established in writing.

• We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders in case of payment failure or suspected fraud.

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation. We shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, logistics failures beyond our control, or customs clearance issues in the case of import/export orders.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery / handover to the logistics partner.

• Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report visible damage within 24 hours.

6. Food Safety & Compliance

All food products supplied by Thamaraco Global Foods Private Limited conform to FSSAI standards. Import products comply with applicable regulations of the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) under IEC AAMCT0238L. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations of their respective jurisdiction upon receipt of goods.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand names, and intellectual property associated with Thamaraco Global Foods Private Limited are owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala. The parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via our official website or email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
