At Upperi (upperisnacks.store), we ensure your favourite Kerala snacks are delivered fresh and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand delivery timelines, charges, and procedures.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Food Product Handling
Our snacks and food products are packed with care to ensure freshness during transit. We use food-grade, tamper-evident, and moisture-resistant packaging. Products are dispatched at ambient temperature unless otherwise specified. Please store products as per the instructions on the packaging upon receipt.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email and/or phone number. You can track your order through the logistics partner's website. For any tracking issues, contact hello@upperisnacks.com with your Order ID.
5. Delivery Attempts
β’ Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times
β’ If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the package may be held at a nearby hub for 3 days
β’ If unclaimed, the package will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will apply
β’ Please ensure correct and complete delivery address including pincode and landmark
6. Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, extreme weather, strikes, natural calamities, or logistics disruptions beyond our control. Upperi shall not be held liable for such delays. We will make every effort to communicate proactively in such situations.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and immediately notify us at hello@upperisnacks.com. If damage is noticed after opening, please send photographs within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
8. International Shipping
At present, Upperi (upperisnacks.store) ships within India only. International shipping options will be announced on our website when available.
